Return/Refund Policy

We are not able to sell used merchandise due to health concerns; therefore, we are not able to accept returns or refunds.  This rule applies even if the merchandise is in the original packaging.  The only time an exception will be made to this policy is if a product is damaged in the delivery process.  If a product is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours and save the damaged product and all packaging.  Once it has been determined that there was damage during shipping, we will send a shipment replacing the damaged merchandise at no extra cost to you.
